Undergraduate Student Positions
Brand Ambassadors
Brand ambassadors promote ILC programs and services to Illinois students and facilitate outreach initiatives.
Communication & Marketing Specialist
Specialists provide support for the ILC’s programs and services by developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to attract students, as well as managing the ILC’s social media platforms and content creation.
Data Analytics Specialists
Specialists provide support for the ILC’s programs and services by analyzing data using statistical software; producing data reports, visualizations, and presentations on ILC workshops and programs; and designing and implementing research projects on leadership initiatives.
Graphic Designers
Graphic Designers create visuals to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the ILC’s audiences, such as social media graphics, digital signage, brochures, website graphics, and more.

Leadership Certificate Specialist
Specialists provide support for the ILC’s programs and services by assisting with the coordination and management of all Leadership Certificate Program activities and events.
Leadership Education Facilitator
Leadership Education Facilitator work as a team to coordinate, manage, and present student leadership development programs such as the Weekly Workshop Series and workshops for RSOs and classrooms.
On-Site Coordinator
The On-Site Coordinator (OSC) works closely with the Co-Lead Facilitators, Cluster Facilitators, and Program Coordinator of the LeaderShape® Institute™ program to assist with the planning, coordination and management of on-site logistics for the week of the Institute.
This position is only available to sophomore, junior, or senior students who have previously attended The LeaderShape® Institute program.

Photographers
Photographers capture photos and produce videos for ILC events and programs.

Podcast Intern
The Podcast Intern produces episodes for the ILC's podcast and serves as the main host.
This internship is primarily for Communication majors and eligible for course credit, but any undergraduate student is welcome to apply. To apply for this position, applicants must submit an audio sample.
