Leadership Certificate
This leadership development certification program is designed to provide Illinois students with a customized experience for developing leadership competencies, leadership education and training, co-curricular involvement, and self-reflection.
Weekly Workshop Series
Every week during the fall and spring semesters, the ILC offers a free workshop series. All workshops are traditionally 60 minutes in length, highly experiential, and open to all Illinois students.
Leadership Labs
Offered in a range of modalities, including hybrid, in-person, and self-paced, these six-hour seminars focus on a particular aspect of leadership practice.
LeaderShape® Institute™
The LeaderShape® Institute™ is a nationally-recognized leadership development retreat grounded in helping participants identify the values they hold that lead to making a difference in the communities around them.
Donaldson Leadership Retreat
This retreat will be offered once a year to undergraduate registered student organization (RSO) leaders and is grounded in helping current and aspiring RSO leaders develop and enhance skills to successfully lead a student organization.
Cavenaugh Leadership Library
The Cavenaugh Leadership Library houses a variety of resources related to leadership, including activity materials, academic texts, and popular press books.
