Leadership Education Campus Collaborative
The Illinois Leadership Education Campus Collaborative (ILECC), previously known as the Illinois Leadership Coordinating Committee (ILCC), is a group of faculty, staff, and students from across campus who serve as the advisory committee for leadership education initiatives at the University of Illinois.
The work of this committee aligns with the campus’s strategic plan, particularly Goal II: Provide transformative learning experiences, and Goal III: Make a significant and visible societal impact.

This advisory committee has been in existence since 1999, and is jointly appointed each year by the Office of the Provost (visit https://provost.illinois.edu/ to learn more) and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (visit http://studentaffairs.illinois.edu/ to learn more).
This committee's past work has resulted in the creation of:

- The Minor in Leadership Studies
