The Illinois Leadership Coordinating Committee (ILCC) is group of faculty and staff from across campus who serve as the advisory committee for leadership initiatives at the University of Illinois. The work of this committee aligns with the campus’s strategic plan Goal II: Provide transformative learning experiences, and Goal III: Make a significant and visible societal impact. The ILCC has been in existence since 1999, and is jointly appointed by the Office of the Provost and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.
Their past work has resulted in the creation of:
- The Illinois Leadership Center
- The Minor in Leadership Studies
- The Leadership Certificate Program
